The OHP Summer Institute will feature regional, national, and international researchers and practitioners in occupational health and safety. Faculty and graduate students in OHP, OHS, HR, and related fields, safety and health managers, occupational health nurses, HR/benefits/training managers, union representatives, and workers' compensation consultants are invited to attended. Occupational Health Psychology is a rapidly expanding interdisciplinary field that focuses on the science and practice of psychology in the promotion and development of workplace health- and safety-related initiatives.

The OHP specialization consists of a survey course that provides students with an introduction to the field of OHP. Students also choose from a variety of elective courses consistent with their OHP interests.
